Current phlebotomy certification preferred.
Education
✓High school diploma or equivalent required.
Completion of an accredited phlebotomy training program preferred.
Qualifications
✓Knowledge of specimen collection, handling, and processing procedures.
✓Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
✓Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Previous phlebotomy experience in a hospital, clinic, or laboratory setting preferred.

About the role
The Phlebotomist is responsible for collecting blood specimens and other laboratory samples from patients while providing exceptional customer service and ensuring patient comfort and safety. This position works closely with laboratory personnel, nursing staff, and providers to support quality patient care.
