Laboratory Courier Lead

1.1 Effectively schedules courier staff to ensure adequate coverage for scheduled runs. 1.2 Coordinates courier stops schedule to ensure pick-ups and deliveries are performed as needed. 1.3 Consistently promotes the hospital and laboratory services by providing excellent service to physician offices and outpatient draw stations; Maintains good working relationships with all clients served. 1.4 Ensures supplies, patient reports and other items are delivered to clients as requested. 1.5 Oversees vehicle maintenance and repair, ensures all vehicles are road worthy and expedites repairs; ensures all vehicles’ phone service is current and operational; forwards all purchase order requests for service or repairs in a timely fashion; maintains all documentation
