We are an amazing team that works hard to support each other and are seeking a phenomenal addition like you who feels the patient experience is as meaningful as we do. In this role, you will: Lead and monitor employees, departmental performance and staff development to ensure adherence to policies and procedures, timelines and regulatory requirements Develop monitoring systems for the collection, documentation and reporting of quality assessment and improvement data; extracts pertinent information from quality assessment and improvement studies, initiates corrective action plans, and re-monitors results Evaluate existing systems and processes and develops corrective action plans for service/quality trends identified Initiates changes and monitors for improvement Ensure departments proactively respond to feedback from customers (internal and external) and implements improvement mechanisms to enhance the overall ability of the department to meet the customer’s needs for laboratory services You should have: Bachelor Degree in Medical Technology, Biomedical Science, Biology or Chemistry required.

Master’s Degree preferred 3+ years’ experience at a supervisory level in a clinical laboratory setting National Certification as a Medical Technologist required 3 + years of progressive laboratory management experience is required with complex laboratory operations Hospital clinical laboratory experience preferred This role requires you to be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 based on local, state and /or federal law or regulations (unless a medical or religious exemption is approved).
