Education

Other Accredited Program: Formal Training from an accredited phlebotomy school or medical assistant program (preferred) (Preferred)
Qualifications
✓Initiaties and maintains positive relationships with patients, customers, co-workers.
✓Takes responsibility for self-development.
✓Working knowledge of pre-analytic laboratory and safety policies and procedures.
✓Displays initiative to perform job duties.
✓Ability to work in fast paced environment.
✓Ability to multi-task
✓Ability to work effectively within role independently and with other team members.
✓Competent on venipuncture, heel stick, and fingerstick for all ages.
1+ years phlebotomy experience preferred or
1+ years specimen processing experience preferred
