Certifications
✓Medical Laboratory Scientist/Medical Technologist required.
Education
✓Bachelor’s degree required
Qualifications
✓Knowledge of organizational policies, procedures and systems.
✓Knowledge of office management techniques and practices.
✓Knowledge of computer systems, EMR, and applications.
✓Knowledge of research methods and procedures sufficient to compile data and prepare reports.
✓Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), including appropriate use of grammar, spelling and punctuation.
✓Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with other employees and the public.
✓Ability to effectively communicate and present information.
✓Ability to read, interpret, and apply policies and procedures.
✓Ability to identify problems and recommend solutions.
✓Ability to establish priorities and coordinate work activities.
✓Ability to multi-task, prioritize appropriately, manage time, and remain organized
✓Computer skills and knowledge of online resources necessary
✓Five years of health care laboratory experience or other related experience

About the role

Position Summary: Fulfills the requirement of technical consultant/supervisor per CLIA. Works with clinical coordinator and clinical team to provide education for medical groups. Develop procedures for testing and ensure all staff competencies are completed for medical groups.
