The following qualifications, or equivalents, are the minimum requirements necessary to perform the essential functions of this job: Education and Formal Training : Associate’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field required CPR and First Aid certifications required Infant Toddler Safe Sleep (ITS-SIDS) certification required Work
1 year of responsible classroom experience in a professional large Child Care Center required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required : Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking the English language Knowledge of physical, intellectual, emotional, and social characteristics of children ages birth-five years old and up to 12 years old for Weekend Care Knowledge of State Child Care regulations Physical
