✓CCLS-Certified Child Life Specialist - ACLP - Association of Child Life Professionals required.
✓BLS-Basic Life Support (BLS/CPR) - AHA - American Heart Association required.

✓Bachelor's Degree required.
✓Training and Teaching Others — Identifying the educational needs of others, developing formal educational or training programs or classes, and teaching or instructing others.
Graduate Degree preferred.
Qualifications
✓At least 7 years of experience as a Child Life specialist, with a strong background in pediatric healthcare required.

✓Administration and Management — Advance knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, leadership technique, and coordination of people and resources.
