Qualifications
✓7 years of experience in clinical systems training, onboarding, informatics education, or EHR adoption, including advanced experience with Oracle Health nursing workflows required

✓Strong understanding of nursing EHR workflows and role-based system use.
✓Ability to create curricula, workflow scenarios, job aids, and competency assessments.
✓Ability to assess the training and workflow impact of conversions, upgrades, enhancements, and optimizations.
✓Working knowledge of end-user workflow validation and test-script support.
✓Ability to document findings, escalate concerns, and distinguish training issues from technical or configuration issues.
