✓Expert understanding of physician workflows, clinical documentation, ordering, results review, decision support, and care transitions across acute and ambulatory settings.
✓Ability to create provider-focused curricula, workflow scenarios, job aids, and competency assessments.
✓Ability to assess training and workflow impacts associated with conversions, upgrades, enhancements, and optimizations.
✓Working knowledge of end-user workflow validation and test-script support.
