Description

The Lead Compensation Analyst is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day aspects of the compensation administration. This role requires an understanding of compensation and payroll procedures, a willingness to partner with Total Rewards compensation and benefits teammates to accomplish shared initiatives, and capability of solving complex problems. This includes devising creative solutions for future compensation programs, cultivating short-term and long-term strategic roadmaps, and reviewing existing processes with a fresh perspective.

The Lead Compensation Analyst plays a pivotal role in guiding the compensation team towards successful outcomes with position management, pay equity, and structures.
