Lead Digital Operations Analyst

• Leads the development and ongoing refinement of critical digital processes, identifying and capitalizing on improvement opportunities. Analyzes, verifies, tracks and enhances short- and long-term digital projects of various degrees of complexity, from the moderate to the substantial. Responsible for scoping and information-gathering efforts, working with cross-functional teams and interdepartmental partners to monitor, triage and resolve quality and performance issues across Northwell's customer-facing digital platforms. • . Job Qualification 1.Bachelor's Degree required, or equivalent combination of education and related experience. 2.5-7 years of relevant experience and progressive experience where team leadership was demonstrated, required. Highly Preferred:
• Proven experience working on large-scale website platforms (Drupal, Adobe Experience Manager, Sitecore, or similar CMS).
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and digital analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics).
• Strong understanding of user experience principles, accessibility standards (WCAG), and responsive design.
• Exceptional communication, facilitation, and documentation skills.
