Current provider/instructor cards in Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP), Pre-Hospital Trauma Life Support (PHTLS), Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) and Emergency Nursing Pediatric Course preferred
Qualifications
✓Nationally registered Paramedic is required; individuals will be required to obtain their licensure within six months of employment.
✓Instructor/Coordinator course or equivalent required within six months of employment.
✓Depending upon location and responsibilities, a Federal Department of Transportation (DOT) Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with air brake endorsement may be required. For areas requiring a CDL, the license must be obtained within three months of hire.
Depending upon location, a minimum of an associates is preferred or a minimum of three years of high volume emergency medical services (EMS) critical care field experience or high volume critical care as an EMS provider.
