Lead Environmental Services Tech

✓Requirements
Certifications
CRT-Health Care Environmental Services Technician (CHEST) – AHE- 1 year preferred
Education
✓High school graduate or equivalent.
Qualifications
✓1 year of public service and or customer service experience in a hotel, hospital, environmental services, or janitorial experience
✓Knowledge of housekeeping materials, supplies and equipment necessary to ensure a safe work environment.
✓Ability to conduct suitable training in the areas of housekeeping, sanitation and safety.
✓Excellent written, verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
✓Time management and organizational skills. Self directed.
✓Ability to make quality, independent decisions.
✓Analytical and strong problem solving skills.
✓Ability to work effectively and efficiently under tight deadlines, high volumes and multiple interruptions.
✓Ability to maintain the strictest levels of confidentiality.
✓Ability to listen to others.
✓Competency in the use of a variety of computer hardware and software systems.
✓Ability to resolve various employee and customer relation issues.
Working knowledge of both the EVS and patient Transport positions. preferred
1 year Leadership experience preferred
