Qualifications
✓Minimum three (3) years of Environmental Services, housekeeping, or related experience required.
✓Knowledge of healthcare cleaning methods, infection prevention practices, and environmental services operations.
✓Ability to lead and motivate employees in a team environment.
✓Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
✓Ability to prioritize work and manage multiple responsibilities.
✓Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and safety procedures.
✓Basic computer skills.
✓Excellent customer service skills.
✓Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment.
Previous lead, trainer, or supervisory experience preferred.
