Qualifications Education Bachelor’s Degree in an allied health field such as exercise physiology Required Work Experience 1 year of professional experience working within the medical fitness field Required Experience in the coordination of staff and delivery of cardiovascular rehabilitation services to patients Required Licenses and Certifications BCLS - Basic Life Support Upon Hire Required and ACLS Upon Hire Required and ACSM - Clinical Exercise Specialist Certification for an exercise specialist by the American College of Sports Medicine Upon Hire Required or Advanced Specialty in Cardiopulmonary Rehabilitation of the American Physical Therapy Association Upon Hire Required or RN-BC - Cardiac Rehabilitation Nurse American Nurses Association Specialty certification in Cardiac Rehabilitation certification Upon Hire Required Business Unit : Company Name Piedmont Atlanta Hospital
