• Cal’s Dyadic Services. We are growing our organization to accommodate this expanded strategic focus. To assist with meeting the new CADP strategic goals, we are seeking a technical leader with expertise in healthcare grant administration to fill a new role as Lead for the Grant Administration Workstream. The Workstream Lead will serve a critical leadership role in developing and carrying out the organization’s strategic vision and mission. The Workstream Lead will occupy a key role in CADP grant and contract planning and problem-solving, which frequently requires analysis of unique issues, problems without precedent, and/or structure. The incumbent will manage workstreams within CADP, including grants and contracts that require formulating strategies and administering policies, processes, and resources. The Workstream Lead will function with a high degree of autonomy and will collaborate closely with the CADP Director and workstream leads. As part of the Workstream Lead’s role, they will oversee and manage project deliverables, which include the developmet and delivery of grant and contract deliverables. In addition, the Workstream Lead will work with CADP leadership team to cultivate new partnership and funding relationships to support achieving the vision of the organization. The incumbent will work closely with the CADP Clinical Transformation & Technical Assistance workstream lead to ensure successful implementation of consultation and training strategies to accomplish grant/contract goals. The Workstream Lead will collaborate with the Workstream Lead of Population Health, Quality & Sustainability to ensure that measurement of impact aligns with grant/contract goals. The workstream lead may also supervise staff implementing the goals of the grant administartion workstream. The ideal candidate is a systems thinker and has expertise and demonstrated work experience in large scale complex system management, grant/contract administration, strategic planning, fundraising, and implementation of grant programs within university, public health, community, and hospital setttings. They will be able to function independently and as part of a team. They will have experience with grant adminsitration for large county, statewide or national programs, supervision and workforce development, program development and grant management. It is preferred that the candidate have experience with public health and Medicaid settings. Experience in trauma-informed systems is preferred. As part of an academic medical center based at a public health medical center, this position will have the opportunity to participate in professional development and educational efforts across the various departmental, university, and Department of Public Health programs. Serves as the primary administrator for all grant management activities for various CADP projects, leading cross-functional teams to accomplish goals; Serves as a liaison with partners to ensure compliance with contract and grant deliverables Leads grant administration governance structure to support deliverable implementation and to coordinate with external project stakeholders to make difficult decisions that impact the projects’ operations or administration Facilitates regular clinic liaison meetings to align on grant monitoring and priorities, share updates, problem-solve, and ensure consistency and accountability across all sites Serves as identification point for complex grantee issues requiring admin-level coordination and escalate to responsible workstream lead or director Flags reporting risks or gaps; takes early and prompt corrective action in collaboration with key project contacts and workstream leads. 25 Assumes responsibility for quality and quantity of work. Assumes responsibility for and supervises activities associated with the administration of the Request for Applications (RFA) processes for the grant program... Develops, distributes, and manages RFA materials, timelines, and submission processes for clinic sites Reviews and evaluates RFA submissions from clinic sites for completeness and compliance with scoring evaluation criteria; coordinate this process with Third Party Administrator where applicable Coordinates entities to ensure RFA processes align with funder expectations and program goals Coordinates with the Third
• Party Administrator to lead the development and implementation of technical assistance and guidance to sites throughout the RFA application and contracting process Tracks RFA award status and communicate updates and outcomes to relevant stakeholders Coordinates and oversees post-award RFA activities including grant agreements, work plans, and kickoff coordination Drafts and edits program-level RFA documents for submission to DHCS and UCSF Maintains organized and audit-ready records of all RFA submissions, awards, and related documentation 5 Recommends hiring of new employees, transfers, promotions, salary actions, terminations, performance management and budget recommendations. 10 Selects, develops, and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function. Develops, and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the grant administration workstream. Supports staff and other workstream leads to develop skills and work effectively within large, often under-resourced public health delivery settings. May serve as a direct supervisor to CADP staff members as part of grant administration workstream. Understands the CADP strategic goal to support the adoption and scale of Dyadic Services in California and ensures that stakeholders, associated systems, and the CADP organizational structure is able to support these needs. Participates with the CADP director in the evaluation, planning, development and monitoring of successful grant/contract deliverable completion with the goal of disseminating and fostering uptake of dyadic care services in public clinics across California. 5 Other duties as assigned. 0 0 0 0 0 0 100% Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in related area and / or equivalent experience / training. Minimum 3 years of experience supervising operational staff. Thorough knowledge of organization or initiative processes, protocols and procedures. Solid knowledge of / common organizational- or research-specific computer application programs. Strong analytical / problem-solving skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to communicate and influence others, both verbally and in writing. Advanced project management skills. Ability to multi-task with demanding timeframes. Ability to use discretion and maintain all confidentiality. Solid knowledge of applicable policy analysis techniques. Exceptional organizational skills Track record of grant administration experience on large, multi-system projects
