You’ll need
Licensure
✓Is personally responsible for obtaining and maintaining a current LPN license within the hiring state in which nursing duties are performed and must meet all State Board of Nursing requirements.
Certifications
✓ACLS/ALS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support)
✓PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support)
✓PEARS (Pediatric Assessment Recognition and Stabilization)
✓S.T.A.B.L.E. (Sugar, Temperature, Airway, Blood Pressure, Lab Work, And Emotional Support) Six Assessment & Care Modules
✓BLS (Basic Life Support) certification or successful completion of course within 30 days of hire.
✓IV Certification within 1 year of hire.
✓Other unit-specific certifications as required.
Education
✓High school diploma or GED equivalent.
✓Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program
Qualifications
✓Consideration will be given for comparable education experience and successful licensure.

About the role
The position serves as a lead role within the departments working in conjunction with the practice manager. Utilizes the nursing process to provide patient care under the supervision of a physician or nurse practitioner licensed by a State regulatory board to refill medication and assist with treatment. Maintains professional accountability for provision during clinic appointments and patient phone calls.
