Lead Medical Technologist - Blood Bank/Hematology - Full time - Days

Under the direct supervision of the Laboratory Director and Manager, the Lead Medical Technologist (Blood Bank/Hematology) is responsible for providing supervision of other professional and non-professional staff in the Laboratory. The Lead Medical Technologist (Blood Bank/Hematology) ensures staff delivers excellent patient care, customer service, and efficient and accurate analysis of specimens processed in the clinical laboratory.

In the absence of the Laboratory Director and/or Laboratory Manager, the Lead Medical Technologist (Blood Bank/Hematology) is responsible for providing direction to personnel of the clinical laboratory.
