Provides oversight of daily clinical operations, workflow, productivity and training to Outpatient clinical team members and updates management regarding any issues in the outpatient setting. Collaborates with healthcare team members, patients and families to maximize patient outcomes and to ensure patients are processed proficiently and expediently Serves as resource to team members and to provide training to improve team member competency and enhance level of service Participates in quality improvement initiatives and reviews and shares any performance deficiencies with management
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
RN licensed in the Commonwealth of Virginia as a Registered Nurse.
3 years of registered nurse clinical experience. Certification: BLS from the American Heart Association.
Experience with Occupational Health, including Worker's Compensation, OSHA, Vaccination programs Previous Leadership Experience Training and Education Experience
Full time
