About the role

The Lead Patient Services Associate (PSA) enhances the patient/customer experience by courteously and professionally processing arrival and departure activities associated with visits to the practice/department. The Lead PSA serves as a resource to other Patient Services Associates by mentoring, training and assisting in the direction of day to day operations.
