About the role

The Lead Phlebotomist is responsible for maintaining the staff schedule and managing call-outs, vacation coverage, etc. They will also be responsible for providing guidance, tracking and on-going support for employee training. The Lead will participate in ordering of lab supplies to assure unencumbered functioning of the laboratory.
