Provides clinical and professional mentorship to department staff members. Acts as a departmental clinical resource, especially in the absence of coordinators and managers. Completes comprehensive and accurate clinical documentation within established deadlines.
Completes evaluations to ensure quality standards and addresses assessment areas that require attention. Uses appropriate clinical techniques and tools, establishes individualized treatment plans for patients and completes necessary documentation. Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
