Lead Telemetry Technician - Monitor Room - Rotating

Full-Time Rotating, 5 8-Hour Shifts, Rotates between 7:00 am - 3:00 pm, 3:00 pm - 11:00 pm, and 11:00 pm - 7:00 am Work Location: UAB St. Vincent's East Benefits for eligible positions only include: generous paid time off, paid parental leave, Associate Assistance Program, Tuition Reimbursement Program, and more

Lead assigned staff in performing activities or tasks of the telemetry department. Lead or coordinate shift operations of assigned activities, resources, and/or associates. Serve as a technical or functional resource and perform similar duties with staff.

Assign, monitor and review progress of work. Monitor and report compliance with policies and/or procedures. Oversee and evaluate orientation and training of assigned associates.

May provide input in the review and evaluation of staff performance. Qualifications

High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Technical degree with 1 year of experience OR 5 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
