About the role

Review and process leave documentation to ensure compliance with applicable laws, policies, and collective bargaining agreements.

What you’ll do
Coordinate and administer employeeCoordinate and administer employee leave of absence cases in partnership with the third-party leave administrator
Review and process leaveReview and process leave documentation to ensure compliance with applicable laws, policies, and collective bargaining agreements
Provide guidance to employeesProvide guidance to employees and managers on leave policies, pay status, benefits continuation, and return-to-work requirements
Process payroll for employeesProcess payroll for employees on paid leave and review/process benefit premium payments during leave periods
Collaborate with HR teamsCollaborate with HR teams including Benefits, HR Business Partners, Occupational Health, and HRIS to resolve leave-related inquiries
