Provide patient with information regarding resources and therapeutic activities in the community. Therapist specializing in Marriage & Family credentialed from the Wisconsin Board of Marriage & Family Therapy, Professional Counseling & Social Work obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. BLS Provider credentialed from the American Heart Association (AHA) preferred. Supervisor credentialed from the Wisconsin Department of Safety and Professional Services preferred.
High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Technical degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
