About the role

Duties Description Are you ready to start your Social Work career with New York State? Buffalo Psychiatric Center is recruiting for a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to provide professional social work services to individuals with mental illness. Candidates from outside or within State Service can apply. As an LCSW at Buffalo Psychiatric Center, you will be part of a multidisciplinary team independently providing clinical social work services including:
Diagnosing emotional and behavior disorders
Providing psychotherapy
Conducting biopsychosocial assessments
Developing assessment-based treatment plans

If you are appointed and you lose the ability to bill through Medicare and Medicaid, you may be terminated from your employment.
