✓Demonstrates flexibility, initiative and/organization in performance.
✓Experience - minimum of one year in hospital or medical setting.
✓Flexible schedule, some evening work may be required. Pager rotation for evening and weekend coverage required.
✓Proficiency in communication skills at all levels.
✓Proficiency in observation, assessment and problem-solving skills.
