You’ll need
Licensure
✓Ability to obtain a valid Vermont State Licensed Nursing Assistant license by date of employment required.
Certifications
✓Health Care Provider BLS certification required with 90 days of hire.
Education
✓High School Diploma or equivalent required.
About the role
The Licensed Nursing Assistant ( LNA ) is responsible for assisting RN's in providing individualized goal directed patient care. This is a nights position, 7pm-7a with rotating weekends and rotating holidays.
