Licensed Practical Nurse - Elizabethtown Community Health Center

The Licensed Practical Nurse assists with assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating patient care. The LPN performs therapeutic nursing measures with accuracy, safety and efficiency consistent with current nursing standards. Education / Skill Required: Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.

Current NYS License. Ability to read, write, and comprehend medical terminology. Previous experience as Licensed Practical Nurse preferred, with the ability to satisfactorily complete training program.

Possess a high level of interpersonal skills to interact with patients, patient’s families, staff and management. Highly motivated, able to work outside the normal working hours as volume demands. Ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
