Location: 3400 Salterbeck St Mount Pleasant, South Carolina 29464 Hours: Monday-Thursday 7:30am-5pm and Fridays 7:45am-1pm Status: Full Time
Room and prepare patients for examination and treatment. Obtain and document vital signs, medical histories, and patient concerns. Assist providers with examinations, procedures, and patient care activities.
Administer medications, immunizations, and injections as directed and within scope of practice. Provide patient education on treatment plans, medications, preventive care, and chronic disease management. Coordinate prescription refills, referrals, and follow-up appointments.
What We're Looking For Education High School Diploma or GED required Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing Program Experience One year of relevant experience preferred Licensure / Certification Appropriate state LPN license required Additional
