HS diploma/equivalent Two years of experience preferred Required License/Certifications: Adherence to credentialing requirements of Luminis Health as stated in the nursing bylaws. Current licensure as a practical nurse by the Maryland Board of Nursing. American Heart Association Healthcare Providers BLS.
