$1,500 Sign On/Retention Bonus for Eligible Applicants The LPN or Certified Medical Assistant is responsible for providing individualized goal directed nursing-processed based care/services to patients under the direction of a provider.

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing required. Prior clinical nursing experience preferred. Ability to obtain a valid Vermont State Practical Nursing License by date of employment required. Health Care Provider BLS and PALS certification required within 90 days of hire. Range for Medical Assistant is $20.00
• $23.00 Range for LPN is $23.00
