Salary: $30 - $35 / per hour Maxim Healthcare in Taylorsville, KY, is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to work 1-on-1 with pediatric and/or adult patients in their homes. Full-time and part-time positions available for day, evening, and/or night shifts. Pay depends on schedule, experience, and the skills required per patient.

Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care. On each assignment, provide skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition. Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.
Currently licensed as an LPN/LVN in the state in which the LPN will practice. Current TB or Chest X-Ray. Current BLS card.
One year of prior professional nursing experience preferred Maxim
