- Provide direct nursing care to senior residents in accordance with physician orders and facility policies - Monitor residents’ health status and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team - Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely - Assist with activities of daily living and ensure residents’ comfort and safety - Document resident care and maintain accurate medical records - Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement individualized care plans - Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and facility standards Requirements Skills and
