Responsibilities The Licensed Vocational Nurse provides direct nursing care to individuals and groups of patient according to physician orders and applicable patient care standards. Qualifications MINIMUM EDUCATION Graduate or Certificate from accredited program for Licensed Vocational Nursing. MINIMUM WORK EXPERIENCE One year clinical experience required; acute care experience in a hospital setting preferred.

REQUIRED LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS Current licensure in Texas as a Licensed Vocational Nurse. Certified Basic Life Support through the American Heart Association.
