Position: Life Enrichment Director Make a meaningful impact every day as our Life Enrichment Director. In this role, you’ll create and lead engaging programs that promote social connection, wellness, and quality of life for residents. We're looking for a compassionate, energetic leader who is passionate about creating memorable experiences and fostering a vibrant community environment.

Position Highlights: Assess each individual patient to determine activity interests and needs. Provide therapeutic activities which meet the individual interests and needs of each patient. Facilitating monthly Resident Council meetings Supervising activities assistants to include training, scheduling, evaluation, etc.

Managing the center volunteer program to include recruitment, training, scheduling and recognition Ensuring that all local, State and Federal guidelines regarding programming are met Partnering with other departments to support marketing efforts in the community Other duties as assigned Why NHC?
