✓Healthcare experience as a Transporter, Certified Nursing Assistant, Patient Support Tech, Emergency Medical Tech, etc.
Education
✓High school diploma or GED equivalent.
Qualifications
✓Understanding of patient focused care.
✓Relationship skills.
✓Proficiency in oral and written communication.
✓Ability to critically think, work semi-independently, multi-task, and work under pressure.
✓Ability to demonstrate competence in body mechanics and proper lifting technique.
✓Must have the ability to stand for extended periods of time.
✓Must have the ability to walk, climb/descend stairs, push, pull, bend, squat, and kneel without restrictions.
✓Must be able to lift, push, and pull a minimum of 75 lbs.

About the role

Performs and assists with transportation and/or patient lifts and other patient handling maneuvers, as delegated by the Manager or Director, in collaboration with a Registered Nurse
