Education
✓High school diploma or equivalent education (GED) or post-secondary education or (1) one year work experience.
Qualifications
Basic knowledge in use of computers and ability to learn appropriate software applications. preferred
Ability to read, write, and follow written and oral instructions. preferred
Demonstrates excellent customer service skills. preferred
Ability to operate computerized inventory system. preferred
Ability to use hand-held scanner to issue and track inventory. preferred
Able to react calmly under stressful conditions. preferred
Able to relate cooperatively and constructively with clients and co-work complex problems. preferred
Ability to work independently, using judgment and problem-solving skills as necessary to resolve customer service issues, order discrepancies, and as otherwise necessary in the performance of duties. preferred
