You’ll need
Licensure
✓Current LNA license to practice professional nursing in the State of Vermont is required.
Certifications
✓BLS-Healthcare Provider is required within six (6) months of hire and maintained as a current certification thereafter.
Education
✓Candidates who are in an LNA training program may be hired into this role pending completion of course and licensure requirements.
Qualifications
✓Must be at least 18 years of age.
✓None required. Prefer previous experience as nurse aide in a healthcare setting.
