LPN Homecare - Skilled Nursing Visits

Maxim Healthcare in Colorado Springs is hiring for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to work with Pediatric and/or Adult patients in their own homes completing Intermittent hour-long skilled nursing visits for skills such as diabetic management, wound care, medication management, catheter change, etc. $35 / per visit (LPN)

Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care. On each assignment, provides skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition. Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.

Currently licensed as an LPN/LVN in the state in which the LPN will practice. Current TB or Chest X-Ray. Current BLS card.
