and Responsibilities As our LPN II, you will facilitate, communicate, and collaborate with the Registered Nurse to identify and meet the physical and emotional needs of the patient, assisting with the nursing process to promote optimal health and well-being. Differentiates priority of risk & urgency. Appropriate communication of patient findings to the RN. Performs IV therapy or venous blood draws.
Continuously evaluates and assists team in revisions of the plan of care.
