Position Description: LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse The LPN Inpatient responsibilities include: Works in collaboration and under direction of a Registered Nurse and is responsible for delivery of patient care as directed for assigned patients including medication administration, therapy and interventions. SIPP Only: Direct contact with the child and has primary responsibility for providing personal care, assistance and supervision to a child.
Successful completion of the 30 hour Florida Board of Nursing IV course during the first two weeks of the LPN internship; however this is not required for SIPP. Why BayCare? Certifications and Licensures: LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) BLS ACLS preferred
