Licensure
✓Required - Current licensed practical nursing (LPN) license in state of practice.
Certifications
✓Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association.
Education
✓Required - Graduate of an accredited school of practical nursing.
Qualifications
✓Required - 2 years of LPN experience
✓1 year of LPN experience with 1 year supervisory experience.
✓Proficiency in using computers, software, and web-based applications.
✓Effective verbal and written communication skills and ability to present information clearly and professionally to varying levels of individuals throughout the patient care process.
✓Good interpersonal skills.
✓Ability to work with and maintain confidential information.
✓Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
✓Ability to work a flexible work schedule (e.g. 24/7, weekend, holiday, on call availability) and travel throughout and between facilities.
Preferred - Experience in ambulatory care.
