Job Overview The Fountains at Hosanna! is conveniently located in Lakeville, adjacent to Hosanna Church. We are less than a mile from Highway I-35 and near County 77. The Fountains offers seniors 92 Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care apartments.

We are known for our exceptional staff, who create a warm, friendly, fun community. The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) performs a variety of professional nursing duties in compliance with Class F home care regulations and follow established policies and procedures. This Nursing schedule incldues; Casual / On Call Must pick up three shifts a month; two being weekend shifts Required Qualifications 0+ years of experience Ability to use technology in the form of computers, handheld devices, cell phone & fax machine Proficient in Eldermark computer documentation software Basic Life Support (American Heart Assoc or Red Cross) Current Basic Life Support (BLS) for Health Care Provider from American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross; accepted certifications as follows -AHA: BLS for Healthcare Providers (CPR & AED) Program or BLS Provider - BLS Instructor.

American Red Cross: CPR/AED for Professional Rescuers and/or Healthcare Providers, Life Guarding First Aid/CPR/AED. BLS is required upon hire and/or new hire must show proof that they are currently enrolled in a BLS class to renew or obtain their certification. BLS certification must be obtained within three-weeks of hire date and before nurse can perform independent practice.
