Coursework/Training: Completion of an accredited LPN program. Coursework/Training: Must complete required in-service annually as determined by institution/department. Upon hire: Alaska Licensed Practical Nurse Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association Upon hire: MDS may be required if cross-trained into ECF
