Required
Coursework/Training: Completed education to meet certification, license, or registration requirements. Upon hire: Texas Licensed Vocational Nurse Temporary. Or Upon hire: National Licensed Vocational Nurse Compact.
Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association. 1 year of LVN experience. 6 months of experience working in a clinical, patient-centered capacity.
