Graduate of an accredited licensed practical/vocational nursing program Upon hire: California Licensed Vocational Nurse Within 30 days of hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association Upon hire: IV Certification (Facility Managed) 18 months licensed nursing experience.

1 year of Office nursing experience.
