Responsibilities The LPN provides nursing care to designated patients under the direction and supervision of a Registered Nurse, in a manner consistent with the philosophy and objectives of the hospital and within the framework of established policies and procedures of the Department of Nursing Services. As a key team member in the clinical area, the LPN performs a variety of direct and indirect patient care duties.

High School Graduate or equivalent required. LPN license required.
Clinical experience in a psychiatric setting preferred. MINIMUM
- Must be certified in CPR upon hire and bi-annually thereafter and must possess or obtain and be able to perform Handle With Care within 30 days of hire and re-certify as needed. Must complete all required mandatory in-services annually. Must possess an Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card or the ability to obtain. Must be tested for Tuberculosis with a PPD skin test or chest x-ray upon hire and as required thereafter.
