POSITION DESCRIPTION: Physician Office LPN Responsible for participating in the planning, delivery and evaluation of patients in the office setting. Assists in completing the patient history as per office specifications. Collaborates with other health team members regarding patient care.
Documents patient’s medical information in patient record. Contacts patients about lab work and other test results as per office protocols. Triages patient telephone calls.
