LPN – Skilled Nursing

80 hours per pay period | 2:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. | Every other weekend Base

$27.12 - $37.22 Shift Differential: $5.50 per hour for evening shift | $7.00 for night shift Sign-On Bonus: Position may be eligible for a sign-on bonus of up to $7,500, subject to terms, conditions, and change. The Alice Center is seeking a Full-Time Evening Licensed Practical Nurse to provide compassionate, resident-centered care in a skilled nursing environment. Administer medications, assist with daily living activities, monitor health, and collaborate with the care team to ensure safe, individualized care.

Current New York State LPN license, BLS certification preferred, dependable, compassionate, team-oriented. Long-term care experience preferred but not required.
